Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Return shipping at customer’s expense
Taxes & duties responsibility: Import duties, customs fees, local taxes, VAT, or similar government charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

1. Eligibility
- Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.
- Returns or exchanges are valid within 7 days of receiving the shoes.
- Personalized or custom-made products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
2. Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return via email at info@gazaliere.com. We will provide you with the necessary instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon request, we can assist in arranging a return label, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund.
- Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
