Free Worldwide Shipping

Gazalière offers complimentary worldwide shipping (up to two shipments per order), fulfilled through premium courier services.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada: 1–5 business days
USA: 2–7 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Asia/Australia: 7–14 business days
Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may occur sooner. Once the order has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local delivery services.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can use this to track your package using the carrier's tracking website. Tracking is available for most countries, but may not be shown for some remote locations.

Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees

Please note that all import duties, customs fees, local taxes, VAT, or similar government charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

These charges are:

  • Determined by the destination country, province/state, and city

  • Assessed by local customs authorities

  • Collected directly by customs or the courier upon delivery

  • Outside of Gazalière’s control

Gazalière does not receive any portion of duties or taxes charged and cannot estimate, adjust, refund, or reimburse these amounts.
