6. Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the shoes are in unworn, original condition with their original packaging.

7. Warranty and Repairs
GAZALIÈRE guarantees the quality of our shoes for 6 months from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects. This warranty covers repairs or replacements due to defects in materials or craftsmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidental damage.
